About our practice: I am a specialist in internal medicine, providing care to adults aged 18 and older. I've been in practice in the Bellmore-Wantagh area since 1989. We provide care ranging from basic physical examinations, through management of the most complex medical problems of adults. Our goal is to provide care that reaches the highest standards of modern medicine, while maintaining a personal, “one on one” approach to patient care.
Our services: My staff of highly skilled nurse practitioners and I, along with our dedicated support personnel, provide the full range of adult medical care, such as
- annual physical exams
- adult immunizations
- electrocardiograms
- lung function testing
- smoking cessation and diet counseling
- care of the full range of adult medical problems, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and all acute and chronic adult medical conditions.
Our office hours: We maintain regular office hours for ongoing care, with the ability to see patients on a “same day” basis for urgent problems. Our hours are:
Monday: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday: 9am – 8 pm
Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 2pm
Outside of regular hours, a member of our staff is always available and reachable in emergencies. For our established patients, we have the ability to use the internet to contact our staff; request appointments, referrals, and medication renewals; and receive test results.
Our location: We're located in a handicapped accessible, private building located at 2857 Jerusalem Avenue, Wantagh, on the corner of Jerusalem and Oakfield Avenues.
Insurance: We participate with most insurance plans, as well as Medicare.
