Biography
Dr. Gene Berkovich heads the Body Imaging Section at NRAD and specializes in cross-sectional imaging with special emphasis on Magnetic Resonance Imaging and special interest in gastrointestinal and genitourinary imaging, including diagnosis and management of prostate disease. He has one of the most extensive experiences on Long Island in MRI of the prostate and has performed the first MRI-guided biopsy of the prostate in the area. He has presented his work at radiological and urological conferences.
