Biography

Dr. Isamettin (Met) Aral, M.D. is a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist with more than 15 years of clinical practice experience. He has distinguished himself as a leader in the field of Radition Oncology. Most recently he served as the Chairman of Radition Oncology at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH), which is one of the largest facilities in the North Shore-LIJ Hospital system. Prior to joining the Staten Island team, Dr. Aral held similar positions in Luthern Medical Center in Brooklyn, the New York Harbor VA and the Northport VA.
